Not recommended I was with this practice since I was 5 years old. When my dentist retired he sold the practice to the current dentist. I tried to remain there but after watching my other family members leave the practice for billing problems and botched dentistry procedures I was having doubts about remaining. I then was the victim of botched procedures having to seek other dentists who confirmed my doubts about her skill levels. I also left the practice with my entire family.
Dr. Colson and her staff are in serious need of better business and customer service education. This office is very big on the shock factor by hiding any addition fees until the very last minute. The staff is often late when you have an early appointment and Dr. Colson herself schedules special appointments and fails to show up. She then tasks her staff to deliver the disappointing news of last minute schedule changes while also informing her patients of surprise charges on the day of your appointment.
