It's a great place to live! The manager of the park is onsite and so is maintenance, you really become family with everyone. It's a clean and quiet park and best of all Willard schools! We love it here!
When I pulled in, I immediately pulled in behind a vehicle who I later found out was the park manager and I got stuck behind them the entire way. they were going 2 miles an hour instead of the recommended 5-10. I have a dash cam in my vehicle and have the entire incident recorded. I followed her patiently and did not notice any other residents in the park. First off Katie Freemans 1 star review is bogus. I live in that park and several of the workers chewed her out because she came close to hitting several maintnance workers cleaning up the fallen trees from the tornadic storms that hit on the day she was talking about. The park has a speed limit of 10 mph because of elderly and little kids in the park. She drove like her car was on fire and when she was asked what was on fire she started cussing the manager out. She has lied out her mouth on that.
Mostly great place to live. Very kid friendly.. Except when people let their visitors speed though, or peiple who does not live here speeds. Yes we have a speed limit, to protect our kids!
Very trashy manager runs around cussing people and calling them out of their names. Do not recommend. Very low maintenance morals. Little self-respect. Unable to handle requests in a timely manner. Most people in the park would not recommend living here due to the managers disrespect.
