The receptionist wanted me to sign a form with my credit or debit card number AND my three-digit CVV security code. While it's not unusual to ask for a card, the CVV code should not be written down or kept on file. They wouldn't see me without it, so I'll go elsewhere. Both that and vagueness about whether my insurance would be accepted is a red flag.
Dr. Michael coulter was kind and considerate as he helped me resolve issues with my nose and Eustachian tube, he did not rush even in our 15 min after surgery appointments, it seems he likes what he does. Dr. Hauff and staff are amazing. Professional, prompt, and friendly is just the tip of the iceberg. I went in for a procedure on my septum and had some anxiety about the invasive nature of it. Dr. Hauff alleviated all of that stress by not only answering all of my questions thoroughly, but made the procedure absolutely pain free. I could not have had a better experience.
