"WARNING WARNING" AVOID (this animal hospital )they claimed to hospitalize my $2400 Havanesse then left the dog 14 hours unattended the next morning called me that my dog was dead i had already paid them $180 for wrong first diagnosis and drugs " USELESS" another $350 for so called hospitalization now they sent me a bill another $350 I asked for detail chronological methods and procedures that were done for my dog they keep sending me same bill i also found they charged me for procedures i did not authorize either .. This is the first time I looked for a pet hotel to put my dog before going on vacation. The staff is friendly. They communicated well to us the daily rate and the exams/vaccines that our dog could get. I highly recommend this place. Especial thanks to Christine who was very helpful to us!

I am going to use the word AMAZING! The receptionist communicated with me about available appointments. She called me back many times. Dr. Grantz was suppose to leave at 3 pm, but she waited for us to bring in our goat, Woody. She left sometime after 6 pm. She is knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this facility for your pets of all shapes and sizes. I mean...they x-rayed my pygmy goat's leg and showed my husband and I how to give him shots.
Kind and caring staff. Consistent with courtesy calls regarding well being of pets after visits or pets on medication for life or well being of pet owners after end of life. Veterinarians are very good about calling pet owners with test results
Hi! I was just in a few days ago and have been in before with my pets and always been pleased with their care for my animals. Recently, I just got my three year old Kingston neutered a few days ago and he is doing just great now. The stitches look good and there has been no heavy swelling. He is up and moving real well, eating and drinking. The staff are very caring and will answer all your questions without making you feel bad for asking them. What a goldmine. The vets here really do care about your pet's health as well as your own peace of mind. They took my cat in during his emergency which was very last minute, and saw to him in a timely, caring manner. I would definitely come back again if I needed a vet
Garcia was my best friend for 18 years - the decision to put her down the Monday before Christmas was one of the hardest of my life. Since her regular veterinarian did not offer mobile euthanasia, I contacted Sunset Animal Hospital.
