I was very impressed with Frankie and how she explained all of the procedures that I would be receiving while at the clinic. She is very professional and a great asset. I apologize for not remembering everyone's name, however the assistant that told a mold of my teeth for a tooth guard was really good at explaining everything, everyone was so professional and made me feel comfortable.

All is well About the financial side of it. I hoped I wouldn't have to pay for it. Thank you for not charging me. As it is I don't think I could keep it from breaking without leaving it in the box. :-}
