I had a crown replaced over a root canal. I trust Dr Jeff and have for 6 years. He always explains what he is doing before, during and after. That staff is always just as helpful. I never am surprised by any procedure they are doing. I always enjoy talking with Barb ! She's great.
I was in for a dental cleaning & cavity check. Service was impeccable. But I have to say, Nancy had almost always done my cleanings & she is much more thorough than anyone else there. I think before Nancy is gone completely, all your hygienists should watch & learn carefully from her. After this last cleaning, yes I definitely could tell I had a cleaning, but it wasn't like with Nancy where I walked out of there & felt, WOW, my teeth feel clean. She's definitely more detailed if you know what I mean.
Everybody was fabulous. The recommendations were clearly articulated. Such friendly and welcoming people!
Keeping in mind this was a dental appointment, so I'd like not to say that the experience was great, that's just the nature of the appointment - however, the service was great. Professional and friendly service from the moment I entered until I left the appointment. Every step of the appointment was clearly explained prior to delivery. Appointment did not feel rushed, and my personal comfort was important to everyone. I would recommend going here for any type of work weather it's just a cleaning or major dental work. Extremely nice, caring and gentle. I would give more stars but only 5 are available!
I love Sunset Dental. They are the best dental practice that I have experienced. Everyone is very professional and client oriented. Claudia (the hygienist that worked with me on Thursday), is the best. She is so patient and caring, I really appreciate her. I work in healthcare and understand the need to be service oriented and want to say that Sunset Dental does a great job from a business perspective and best of all from a client perspective.
As a general rule, I do not like going to the dentist- However the people at Sunset dental know there stuff- I had zero problems during the appointment and they answered all my questions about future procedures. I highly recommend this place!!
