I was finally able to resolve my family’s billing issue over the phone with another front desk staff member, who was courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, my email communication with Rachèll was the opposite. My questions about multiple billing revisions were never directly answered, and the responses were dismissive and unprofessional. A difficult billing situation became much more frustrating because of the way it was handled. I hope the office improves its communication with patients.

Very disappointing experience with the billing process. My bill was revised multiple times after my treatment, including a new insurance claim submitted five months later, by which time I had already moved out of state. As a patient, I never knew what my final out-of-pocket cost would actually be.
