Very flexible and efficient
I love Sunset Dental and have always been very happy with the services I get there, but my last visit on Monday did leave a bit to be desired. First, I was unaware that there is a new dentist on staff so when she came to do my exam, rather than Dr. Jones, I was a bit surprised to say the least. I would have thought you would have sent us all an email telling us about a new dentist on staff. So now, I don't know if I have been reassigned to her without any input from me or what. Mary, First off let me apologize that you were unaware of the newest asset to our dental team. However it is almost impossible to contact every patient and let them know prior to their appointment. We did place an add in the South Brunswick Magazine and there is a write up about Dr Munson displayed in our waiting room. So please accept my sincere apology that you were not informed. Professional, prompt and friendly
The lady that cleaned my teeth was very thorough and helpful in answering my questions about my teeth. I have a question for Dr. Jones, the lady told me that I need a crown on my back tooth. Do you offer a Senior Citizen 10 per cent discount for my possibly having this crown work completed? She told me that my portion of the cost would be around $ 1100 even with my Metropolitan Dental Insurance-- a lot of $ for a retired senior citizen. Is there anything you could offer? Larry unfortunately due to federal regulations we can not offer any discounts to our patients without also giving them to insurance companies also.
All staff is very friendly and helpful. Appointment times are prompt.
