My only concern is the change to one hour apts. for 6 mon. Checkup. I have never needed one hour for prophy, X-rays and exam. I realize my fee Is taken care of by my insurance but the insurance is charged for a full hour which means the insurance company pays out more money for the service and then my insurance rates go up. I have been with Dr. Jones for eight years and have referred several people to this dental practice. We are sorry that you feel as though the increased time that we are spending with our patients have resulted in higher fees for patients. Let us assure you that is not the case. The prices for cleanings, exam, and x-rays are not based on the length of the appointment but rather the services performed and we have the same prices now as we did 2 years ago.
