Great people who strive to make their patients feel welcome. Even when delivering sad news such as a crown that needs to be replaced.
Nobody wants to have a crown done, but I've had two at Northwood dental and both times the staff was very friendly and made my experience a comfortable and painless one. I've come back for a couple of bite adjustments and the staff listens very carefully and then takes care of my problem!
Dr. Farmer goes above and beyond to make your small child comfortable. He talks with them, jokes with them and is even available to check that your child’s favorite stuffed animal has a healthy smile. The attention given to the whole child and not just their smile sets Northwood Dental above the rest.
