NOT EVEN WORTH $700 A MONTH. TOTALLY DIGUSTING, INHUMANE, AND DANGEROUS. MY WHOLE FAMILY IS SICK FROM BLACK MOLD. OLD AND BROKEN APPLIENCES, MOLD, INCECTS AND RODENTS, LEAKS, AC CATCHES FIRE. WASHER AND DRYERS STAY BROKEN. MAINTENANCE NEVER ANSWERS OR FIXES ANYTHING. DONT COME HERE YOULL BE PAYING $2,000 A MONTH AND $20 JUST FOR ONE LOAD OF LAUNDRY.
They literally reduced the 60min laundry to 45min just to get more money in quarters. I couldn't believe it as they already increased the price of laundry. But THEN to decrease the time on the dryers JUST so we pay more is absurd. To do one load of laundry. Took me $8 as the dryers are extremely bad here. On top of the place bring flooded out so it made it extremely difficult to move clothes as if one thing dropped, ur clothes wld get soaked from the flooding.
