Nice clinic. Easy to check in with the electronic questionnaire. The staff is really great and caring. Jasmine at the front desk makes you feel at ease. Nurse Rosemary is quite efficient at intake. Angelique takes blood so professionally.....no pain at all. Dr. Mark is super and so knowledgeable. If you are looking for a great neighborhood clinic, this is it. Even if you have to wait, it is well worth the competent care.
I would not recommend this location, while SOME of the staff is friendly, the doctors and PA-C's are not. I went there for weight-loss, a time before, and it was covered under my health insurance. Well the owners, decided that they could make good money, and would no longer accept my insurance for the weight-loss/control program. If I wanted to continue, it would be close to $100 a month for 4 shots, and a months worth pills. Which I could get at any Pharm for a fraction of the cost. :) this is a very friendly place .. i love coming here , its close to my house and the doctors are the nicest down to earth people you can imaging! i absolutly love coming when katie wener is in the office ..everyone should definitly schedule with her or nguyen :)
i absolutley love this place i have been to all 3 locations and i love the warm friendly smiles i recieve when i walk in to their office:) .. my whole family comes here and they are all very pleased... sunsetclinic treats us like family !!! everyone should definitly stop by evern if its just for a physical :)
front desk staff is amazing!! the front desk girl is very sweet and likes to help me out! not like other clinics where they done even bother to give you a smile :) the nurses as well are all very sweet and attend to you nicely.. im on their diet program and have lost 20 lbs and feel fantastic!!! they are quick and are their for you .. def. best location out of all 3 of them :)
I have gone to two different locations (lone mt and buffalo) and given both several tries. Everytime I have gone they have been confused to say the least. I had to remind staff repeatedly of why I was there (including the Dr) and what tests needed to be done. I have had to go back each time I have needed a refill on routine medications (they dont seem to want to give me refills except on birthcontrol). They are inconsistent with returning phone calls. The doctor is there was so mean to my daughter,she had kidney stone I ask what I can do for the pain he said take her to the emergency room. I then ask them to call the insurance to pre-auth the medician,they say I will and they never did. I will not take my worst enemy to this place.
