Sunset Clinic Billing Department is a bunch of unprofessional staff I have every had the opportunity to deal with. They are very rude and not customer's friendly at all. Belia the Billing Department Supervisor was not helpful in answering any of my questions, and didn't want to hear my concerns and complaint about me not receiving any outstanding bills and being overcharged for services that was not render. Am I the only one that noticed that with the new staff came the bad reviews? Love the doctors but the nurise in front desk act like we're bothering her
I could not get in to see my dr for clearance for surgery. My surgeon recomended that i go to this clinic. So I went to the Pecos and Bonanza location. The Dr. was very cold,The staff was unfriendly, and very unknowledgeable. They are suposed to be Medical assistants. My ekg showed artifact because the electrodes were placed on my wristbone. My blood was drawn WITHOUT gloves! I was horrified! After waiting 2-1/2 hours to see the Dr. He was very cold. I left the office only to go back 3 days later to get my blood test results... read more
Do not go to this clinic. The staff acts like you are a bother - they just do not care. They forget about you in one room to the next. Wait for 2 hours and see the doc for 4 minutes. Dr Mark was actually very nice when I saw him - but then he was gone for the last 3 appointments and it was horrible! They ask you the same questions for every visit and surprise - the file is always wrong. They do not run your blood like other offices - they do not look for everything. Why even bother!
Do not go to this clinic - you spend two hours waiting and the doctor sees you for 5 minutes. Whether or not you make an appointment - you are still waiting. If they call you in for results - you still have to explain yourself 100 times. They do not communicate with each other - they do not have correct information in your file. I have removed them as my primary and I will never return.
I wish I could give less than 1 star. I have never been treated so rudely by the reception and nurses at a doctor's office before. The staff took almost 3 months to give me a referral and have shown a complete lack of knowledge of their own office and practices. After being told 2 separate things by the same nurse, I questioned it and was yelled at by the office manager. I wouldn't go back even if my arm fell off
incompetent slow staff, confusing answers, miscommunication amongst them, scheduling is a pain, they hardly answer the phone. If you leave a message they never call you back. I can never get a hold of the doctor when I have a question. I don't always SEE the same doctors, so I'm having to repeat myself and be asked the same questions I already told another doctor. I see doctor Nyugen (I believe is how it's spelled) and request her specifically. She takes time to listen to my problems, and is one of the best doctors I personally have ever had. I've seen her for years, from back issues to emotional ones she is a great Doctor and a good person. I pay an extra 50 to see her since she is not on my insurance just to use her as my doc. Staff is helpful and friendly, everyone is kind, accommodating and not at all judgmental.
