I brought my English bulldog mix to see Dr. Silvberg for the first time after a frustrating experience with another vet and specifically wanted a doctor familiar with the breed. The previous vet ran X-rays and blood work, couldn’t find a cause for what I thought was a seizure, yet still prescribed epilepsy medication, which I wasn’t comfortable putting my dog on for life without a clear diagnosis. Great veterinarian (Dr Silva-berg) we always have a good experience there. Today we adopted our foster English Bulldog from Rescue love bulldogs. Allesendra is wonderful to work with, Roxy is our second rescue from her, Grandpa Moke was our first and he was so sweet. We're looking forward to many years with Roxy.
They’ve tried multiple attempts to collect on a fake charge. I took my cat in 6 months ago and received an invoice for $30 via email. No explanation of what the charges were for or anything. I sent several emails asking what the charge was for and then they told me it was for a nail trim. Funny because no nail trim was ever done during the visit since my cat was with me the entire time. I’ve been coming to this veterinary hospital for years! Dr. Whitted and Dr. Silvaberg have such knowledge when it comes to my bulldog Kaira. ♥️. I trust their opinions 100% And shout out to Bren for the kindness and knowledge when it came to the meds my girl needed .. Thank you all for such smooth visits every time.
Really bad service today. Neglected to share reasonable attainable information. I would say the doctor was Late by 55 minutes to appointment, but it actually was no accredited person that saw us the entire time, even after the office scheduled us for a specific type of appointment. I feel tricked and taken advantage of money wise. Doctor never saw us. Strange strong neglect really felt today. Cats in the waiting room being helped. Not real sure this is a place for your bulldog if you want true help.
