I booked a carpet cleaning with Sunset online and received an email confirming services and my appointment date and time. Today, the day they were supposed to come clean my carpets, no one showed up. I waited half an hour then called them but it went straight to voicemail and I left a message explaining that I had an appointment but no one had arrived. I called a few more times throughout the day and nothing. I had to hire another company last minute -- Sunset has terrible customer service!
Second time I have used them and couldn’t be happier. I had pet stains they got out and my carpet and sofa! I highly recommend them. Omar is great! Get your sofa and chairs cleaned with carpets your house will be fresh and feel brand new!
They did an awesome job. No complaints
Omar came and cleaned our carpets which was over 2,000 sq feet in about an hour with the most amazing results! The carpets look brand new with very little water left on them. Took out all the stains, including pet stains. Thank you Sunset Carpet Cleaning!
