I had an unfortunate car wash malfunction issue cause over 6k in damages to my brand new Grand Cherokee. Suncoast Cadillac's body shop did extensive warranty paint work for 2 of my Jeep Wranglers suffering from corrosion issues in the past. First time purchasing a Cadillac, and my sales rep Rick was awesome! Rick was patient and made sure that I was completely happy with the car a CT5. When taking delivery of the car there was question about the car that he couldn’t answer, so we went to the service manager who was also great and made sure I understood the answer.
