A brand new XT6 delivered to my house with a leather dashboard that was unglued and all over the place and a defective electrical system that disabled all the safety cameras that can’t be repaired because the module and wire harness are not in stock and no one knows when they will be in and they wont take the car back. Most recently, I stopped in on my way home after being in Bradenton on other business, to ask if I could leave off my car for an oil change and use a loaner over night. I didn’t have an appointment & it was late afternoon, but they agreed! It saved me another trip and they were so kind & friendly about it. We recently purchased a 2019 Cadillac XT4 , our Salesman Kraig helped us thru the entire process and couldn’t have been nicer. He took the time to explain all the vehicle operations, and any additional features with our purchase... We would highly recommend this dealership !
HORRIBLE!!! Mark was my salesperson --- made the manager aware the next day of Mark's 3 calls in 1 hour... not into pushy salespeople just want to buy a car. One call - ok. Two...kind of annoying... by 3 --- get a clue! Not interested means NOT interested. I'll never walk on their lot again - STAY AWAY! The manager defended Mark & responded with "he's a good salesman" .... 🙄
