Jernard or whatever the hell the young kids name, sold me a GTI with a cracked headlight,assured me the car was fully covered all warranty no problem tell them the issue they assure me it’s gonna get fixed, week goes by no call no check in, I called them over 10 times checking about the light over 3 weeks and no check ins all me having to call and check in on what’s going on… then some idiot rear ends me and totals the car haven’t even had it 20 days AND THERE WAS NO GAP COVERAGE…. Be careful there sneaky.!
So i didnt buy a car from them But boy have they been trying to sell me one After one of their sales people already lost the sale and since then either he has sent my info to other sales people or he doesnt like taking a no for an answer Mohamed contacted me on saturday (via email) asking best contact method I state Text or Email.
