Our a/c has already broken once since moving in in April. When we got home at 830 tonight and noticed it was 83 in the apartment, and that the a/c wasn't blowing cool air, we called for on call maintenance. They refuse to send anyone out after 8 pm, and the temperature in here keeps rising. I think it is extremely unprofessional to take a grand a month for rent and not ensure everyone has a working air conditioner in Texas after a 105 degree day.

Lived here for almost 2 years and one of the best qualities is how quickly anything wrong with your apartment gets fixed by maintenance. I would've definitely gave 5 stars but the fact I literally HEAR EVERYTHING going on outside is crazy.. Still a great place to live with good staff and maintenance.
I've lived here on many different occasions. The staff is great, and if you ever have any problems they get right on it. I enjoy calling this place home. Not many options in this price range in San Angelo with a washer and dryer connection and covered parking. It's great!
I think the staff is friendly, but the apartment walls are so thin. You can hear anytime your connecting units run water, run the dryer, or even when they are talking. I have been waken up all hours of the day and night from the people in the connecting units. I don't blame the people I blame the construction of the apartments. They do maintenance on unnecessary days, for instance what's the point in blowing leaves on a windy day? Great staff and do a great job with keeping grounds clean. Enjoy the location...quieter than most other complexes. Enjoy living here!
