Awful landlord that refuses to listen to his tenants. Interior has a number of holes & cracks, lazy and hazardous wiring on the outside. Cable not allowed nor supported due to said wiring. In a nutshell, stay away. (2-1-19' Edit): I'm moving this review from 1 star to 4; It is a lot better now, something as basic as cable is now possible and the new management team is awesome. :D
Exactly what Jack said: it is an utter hell hole with unprofessional service. No actual cleaning crews, and there's also a safety hazard. No internet either, except for satellite which is really aged and doesn't hold up in today's day and age. Moral? Go somewhere else. You can likely find something better at a little lower price or maybe a bit higher, but this is definitely not worth it.
