I would love to recommend this apartment complex it's like a hidden treasure, gated community. The leasing staff Mrs. Jenniene, Ms Christina & head of maintenance Mr. Richard are amazing. If you need anything fixed day or night they answer your calls and messages promptly. They also make sure repairs are done by the end of business or by next day. No waiting weeks to have repairs done. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The community itself is very clean they pressure washing the concrete by your apartment, they leaf bl... read more

I have tried my best to be patient with the constant internet outages and water issues but this apartment complex has done nothing but given me a headache. I’ve had several instances that have caused an inconvenience. One particularly being a maintenance man entered my apartment and knocked over a jar of pens on my floor. My dog, seeing an object on the floor where all his toys are, chewed up the pens causing them to bust everywhere. It’s just blatant common knowledge to pick up something you knock over. Please understand that the occasional water turn off is not a “band-aid” fix, but rather a necessary step to install new water valves as part of the community updates currently taking place. These shut-offs are planned, having only occurred twice, and residents are given 24 hour advance door memo and email notice of when these improvements will take place. Communication, Honesty, Integrity and decency of one paying the rent, which is ridiculous for the lack of respect shown.
Beautiful place to live, nice clubhouse, gym & pool area. Only suggestion is that there should be a childrens play area like every community have.
