Richard was very responsive and reliable, he addressed any issues we had quickly. I would recommend anyone to work with him.
I have lived at a building that Sun’s Properties manages for almost a year now and i’ve had an incredible experience with the management. Everyone is super kind and helpful with tenant issues. The building is kept up great and managed well. For anyone considering an apartment that is managed by Sun’s Properties, I 100% recommend them.
I've been a tenant for almost two years now here. This will be my last year with them purely out of necessity for my post-college career, though I will say management is friendly and very accommodating of their tenants. I came in initially with a stigma, though you pay a discounted rate as a student for a place that you can get very used to within weeks after moving in. Very close to essentials as well.
