I am trying to sell my house, which has Sunrun Solar on it. I need them to lift the UCC filing and transfer it to the new owner. I cannot close the house until they release this UCC from me. I have texted and texted and called and called and I get ABSOLUTELY NO response and NO help. This has been dragging on for weeks and weeks. I am beyond angry!! I cannot sell the house and I am totally screwed because this company has hung me out to dry. Do not EVER use this company!!!

I was approached by this man who asked to read my electric meter. I saw his shirt and lanyard says Sun Run and asked why is a solar company wanting to read my electric meter instead of PSEG? He said PSEG will be out of Long Island and PSEG is transitioning over to Sun Run. He asked me if he can come in for additional information which I declined. I spoke to PSEG this morning and confirmed that: 1) Sun Run isn't a subcontractor of them, 2) PSEG isn't leaving Long Island, and 3) PSEG have recently gotten similar reports. Just ... read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. The unit installed at my house was malfunctioning and we were given ZERO assistance after multiple attempts at contact. Finally got in contact and had an appointment set for them to come to the house. Guess who never showed up? Sun run and they’re “phenomenal” employees. Overpaid by $1500 and received $400 back after dealing with the most appalling customer service. Their customer service representative had the audacity to give me an attitude and then started bringing up his personal life... read more
