I leased a car from Sun Road Auto Group 8 months ago. I got an accident 7 months ago and it was very minor. It was a 24 month lease and they have had it in the service department for 7 months now. They will not tell me when it will be done. They said we they would get me a loaner Courtesy car and that never happened either. I am not a big fan of Sunroad Auto
Good company
Worst customer service ever!!! I walked in to pick up my vehicle and there were 4 employees sitting there and not one of them even acknowledged that I was there until after a few minutes one of them asked if I needed help never taking my vehicle to San Diego Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram again.
They sell cars to border patrol
