Fantastic experience overall
My husband had a few bad experiences with the receptionist, I believe her name is Pat. However he does not believe in writing bad reviews, so I took the liberty of telling his story in hopes that Sunrise will do something and provide extra supervision for the front desk staff because this is unacceptable. The front desk employee, Pat, is absolutely fantastic! You can literally hear the smile in her voice when she answers the phone. She’s incredibly helpful, a truly great listener, and easy to talk to. Pat also keeps the clinic looking adorable by decorating for every holiday, which makes it such a comforting place to walk into—especially when you’re not feeling your best. This clinic is lucky to have her! Thanks to Pat for making every visit a little brighter. 🌟
