Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! I brought my husband here because of a wound on his leg, they cut it open, did no culture to see what it was. They gave us verbal instructions, no discharge documents for follow up care or what they had given him in shot form. A week later the issue is still on his leg, took him to TGH on Symmes and they cultured the wound to see what it is and are treating it. From the beginning to the end all the people there was very kind.
The staff here is so caring and treated us so well. We called just before closing time and they allowed us to come and got us in immediately to check my 2 yr olds foot. They definitely eased our minds and took great care of my baby!! 100% recommend!
Just left with my 2 children who both have a really bad cough, fever and runny nose.. everyone was extremely nice. The doctor and MA's were very patient with my children and even made them laugh despite the fact that they are sick. Excellent service and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I appreciate them for helping us and getting them the meds they need so they can get better and get back to school.
