RecommendedEven though I have purchased my vehicles at this dealership, I usually avoid the service department because I find it unaccommodating and unfriendly. However, I had some warranty work to do, so I bit the bullet. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of Tarron Williams. He was attentive, patient, and helpful. I will ask for him the next time I need work done on my Toyota.

Bought used pickup and two weeks later it cost me $3200 for a transmission.So much for the multi point inspection.
RecommendedI purchased my wife a new corrolla from here. I can say it's been a great experience. The sales man Bobby Smith was awsome. There was no pressure and we got alot of extras with the purchase. We just got the car detailed with the paint protection that came with the purchase and the service techs were extremely nice and very quick. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. I am now a Toyota guy. This was my first Toyota but with this experience my next vehicle will be Toyota. Thanks guys

Nickel & dime new car customers. Charge $700 for car prep and can’t or won’t tell you how many people/hours it takes to prep a new car. One would think charging $800-$900 for doc fees would be enough. As Consumer Reports recently published, a prep fee should be protested as it should be the dealer’s responsibility to take the plastic off the seats and similar prep, plus a tankful of gas. Shop elsewhere!
