I've been going to this service place for 2 years trusting them with my car. The back window & fogger suddenly stop functioning. Had gotten into a car accident 5 months before, so they figured that was the cause, they even checked costing me $$ to inspect it,but couldn't fix it without me paying for a new part$$$. They suggested I return to the body shop & place another claim with the persons insurance. Of course they weren't paying since my car is x+ years old.
