I cant say how bad this car buying experience was. I felt I was promised more than they were willing to do by the sale person (Tom). Car needed interior light repaired as soon as I bought it and was told it wasn't a safety issue so I should have to pay for it ( after being told by sales person it would be looked at before I picked up car).when I refused to pay they said they fixed it but it still doesn't work correctly. buying a used car for over $14,000 you should expected simple things as the lights to work. especially after the salesman Tom said he would have the problem fixed during the test drive. This has been a terrible experience dealing with this place. The service Department SUCKS . Recommend going somewhere else to buy a car Stay away from Tom the salesman. He is the reason used car salesman have such bad reputations.
Never buy a car from this place. Terrible bully attitude of the finance people: Mr. Sam Margo and Lisa Lomenzo. He kept on making several mistakes in typing up various quotes and offering prices of different extended service plans with unreal fluctuations in pricing. For example, he offered to give us a plan of $2300 at $1250! Most of his talk made us feel he was really "making up" as he was going along. He lost our trust completely.
