Worst experience ever. They dont give a shit about the customer. Unhappy since i walked in and even more unhappy after buying. Unreal how shitty the service and people that work there are. They did nothing to make me change the way my experience was of to make the customer happy. Funny how the guy i dealt with was fired after dealing us.
I have been servicing my Toyotas at this dealership for over 30 years! They take excellent care of you at the time of service and with a follow up as well. The staff is wonderful, they listen and pay attention to your needs. They get it right the first time! They are professional and friendly. I had an excellent experience at sunrise Toyota. I had been looking for a new car I just wasn't sure which dealership to purchase my car from. Then I decided to go to Sunrise Toyota to go test drive cars and I fell in love with a RAV4. I purchased a RAV4 from Sergio Eguiarte. We bought a Camry a few months ago,and Mike Coltellino was very patient with us,giving us a very fair deal. He was very professional(as was his associate Ray) and made the ordeal of buying a car as pleasant as it could be. I recommend Mike,and encourage anyone interested in a new Toyota to seek him out.
Be prepared to spend all day here. Things that aren't fun, buying a car at this place.
