Worst experience ever. They dont give a shit about the customer. Unhappy since i walked in and even more unhappy after buying. Unreal how shitty the service and people that work there are. They did nothing to make me change the way my experience was of to make the customer happy. Funny how the guy i dealt with was fired after dealing us.
I have been servicing my Toyotas at this dealership for over 30 years! They take excellent care of you at the time of service and with a follow up as well. The staff is wonderful, they listen and pay attention to your needs. They get it right the first time! They are professional and friendly. I have never had a problem at this dealership's service facility. The new building makes it so easy to ride in and be taken care of almost immediately. How nice is that? The waiting rooms are fantastic as they include a Quiet Room for ... read more
Had an great experience once again at Sunrise Toyota. John Hertlein was excellent and exactly what customers want in a salesman - knowledgeable, professional and no pressure. I told him what I was interested in, my driving needs, and he gave me all the options available and we found a car that was a perfect fit. I am very happy with my new Certified Pre-Owned Camry. The entire dealership staff was as usual top-notch from start to finish. Sunrise is without a doubt the best Toyota dealer on Long Island. Thanks to John and the... read more
I had an excellent experience at sunrise Toyota. I had been looking for a new car I just wasn't sure which dealership to purchase my car from. Then I decided to go to Sunrise Toyota to go test drive cars and I fell in love with a RAV4. I purchased a RAV4 from Sergio Eguiarte. He was a great salesman, he had so much knowledge of every car I test drove and answered all questions I had about any car. He was very nice and very professional. I definitely recommend anytime to purchase a car from Sunrise Toyota everyone there is ve... read more
We bought a Camry a few months ago,and Mike Coltellino was very patient with us,giving us a very fair deal. He was very professional(as was his associate Ray) and made the ordeal of buying a car as pleasant as it could be. I recommend Mike, and encourage anyone interested in a new Toyota to seek him out.
Be prepared to spend all day here. Things that aren't fun, buying a car at this place.
Great overall experience. Was assisted by Mr. Carlos Zapata who was extremely helpful in helping me find the right car for me without the pressure or hassles. Highly recommend this dealer and especially Mr. Zapata.
Joseph Mitchell was very courteous and answered all my questions about buying a used car here at sunrise Toyota. see you soon!
Just want to thank John Hertlein my salesman at Sunrise Toyota for the wonderful car buying experience. The whole process was awesome and stress free. If you are in the market for a car give John Hertlein a call. You won't be disappointed.
