The landlady was super racist, always trying to evict me. Would say I was partying when I had two kids under two. Would tell me everytime I would pay my rent that she was going to get me evicted. Was only nice to me when other people were around. She made my first rental experience awful.
We enjoy living in this apartment block, landlord is spending money to fix our balconies almost done. Good neighbours. Rent is reasonable.
