After months of waiting and showing up early to my psych evaluation the provider was late, tried to blame me, informed me that we would now need a 2nd appointment in 2-4 weeks to finish the evaluation and proceeded to asked me medcial questions that were on the forms she did not read at a very slow pace. When I requested the respect to complete the evaluation in one sitting i was told my anxiety was to high and making her feel uncomfortable. Overly disappointed.

1) I had to call several times it went to a voicemail. I thought maybe they were out of business. 2) I ended up walking in. 3) The staff behind the plexiglass at the front called someone else who came and took me back to a small room with a dirty chair where she registered me into her computer system 4) I ended up with an appointment over a month wait time 5) I asked if they had a female therapist I could speak to but the appointment is with a male "assessor" 6) the appointment is to sit in a room to be in front of a video c... read more

Great instructors and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for training.

I've been with sunrise for nearly two years now. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and kind. Both counselors I've seen from here have been extremely helpful for improving my mental health.
