Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! The staff spoke very highly of this provider and it was clear that they held them in a position of high respect. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Definitely Does the provider's staff try to accomodate your schedule when booking appointments Yes Did this provider spend time asking questions and listening to you? Definitely

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The Dental staff can be mean rude when you don’t floss all the time, and they try to sell you stuff you don’t need. I floss, but not like every day, and I know my teeth are in better health than people who don’t. The staff messed up an appointment for me to have a tooth fix so I had to wait an... read more
