Absolute disaster of a job. Pool was installed approximately 2 inches uneven. They didnt check the level. My pool patio slopes towards the pool which dumps rain directly into pool- not away. 1 inch of rain causes the pool level to rise 2 ********* water feature looks terrible and was not built to the specs promised to me My pool equipment pad was built upon piled up sand. The OBSOLUTE WORST POOL COMPANY IN THE ******** We started our process with him in March 17 2024 and gave a substantial payment to start shortly after that. On May 29th the pool finally arrive at the house and was in the ground. That's when it all went to H*** Did not let us know to get the corps of engineers over to reevaluate our sqft. footprint so we could use concrete as what was quoted. So we ended up having to use permeable pavers which cost an extra $15k. Never came back to install railing, I had to get that done myse... read more
