Filiberto was a very personable young man. Took his job seriously and answered some questions I had as well!
Matthew was wonderful during our first inspection/treatment setup appointment. He is clearly kind and knowledgeable and was very patient as he talked me through his process for today and each month moving forward. I switched to Sunrise because I wanted to work with a local company after having a bad experience with Terminix. So far the difference is night and day! I feel like we will be well protected from pests and they will truly look out for us!
Geoff came out to do some preventive insect and rodent maintenance. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He wore shoe coverings to protect the floors and left everything clean.
