Took my granddaughter to this office for her newborn appt at a few days old. It was an awful experience. The front desk staff was rude, the doctor was in a rush to get out of the room, and I did not get any of my questions answered. I speak English and my husband speaks both English and Spanish. The nurse/MA that helped us ONLY spoke in Spanish to my husband and didn't address me (the new mom) at all. i recommend this place because everyone is extremely kind and they are great with kids and babies. the one i go to is on South Maryland Parkway right across the street from the sunrise children's hospital.
Awful pediatric clinic. The staff is extremely rude and condescending. The facilities are nasty with blood and poop on the floors and walls. They absolutely never have any appointments available same day. Walk in appointments have insane wait times. Even just scheduling a well visit will take weeks if not months. Save your time and sanity and go somewhere that actually values patients and their families.
On December 31 they closed 5 pm. It arrives at 4:25 and they didn't want to attend to me. It's a lie that they have long schedules. Remove that from your advertising. People in front of you are very unprofessional. very good doctors but the team is not right

Love there clinics and DR Kandoth is the best been with them for almost 5 years .I recommend him he is really nice and know his patients really well thank you for seeing my kids .
Took my two babies to the office on ****** smoke ranch rd ****** the receptionists had attitudes & the nurse gave my infant her shots & ran off she was a rushed nurse i was the only one in the office part Both babies were crying they weren’t helpful at all The whole experience was horrible don’t recommend going there .
