I used to live at Sunrise Park 3 and a half years. There was a shooting there outside my apartment and the manager was totally unconcerned. My dad passed away during the time we were living there. The manager was going to kick me out. It's reidculous she was going to kick me out because my name wasn't on the lease when my dad asked them to put my name on the lease and they wouldn't do it. I had family who offered to pay my rent for me and the manager said no it doesn't work that way. Most places will let someone else pay you... read more
