They are kind and compassionate, not only thinking of my father's needs but also conscious of what me and my brother need from them. They are communicative and available. My father's safety is never in question. We know he is in good hands. We are grateful for all of his special caregivers. They have helped transition our dad to the new phase of his life seamlessly.
