Beautiful Facility, Amazing Caregivers… but the Worst Management Ever If you’re looking at The Ivy, BE AWARE: while the caregivers here are truly wonderful, the management is another story entirely. When my mom moved in, we were impressed by the nice facility and the kind, patient, and attentive caregivers — especially Nurse Diana, Christina, and Luz. My Father has been a resident of Ivy Park/Sunrise for nearly 3 years. The staff there has become a part of our family. They are kind and compassionate, not only thinking of my father's needs but also conscious of what me and my brother need from them. They are communicative and available. My father's safety is never in question. We know he is in good hands. We are grateful for all of his special caregivers. They have helped transition our dad to the new phase of his life seamlessly.
