Ivy Park is a beautiful community. It was an impressive tour and I really liked Linda the executive director. You can tell she is passionate about her community. Unfortunately, this community is out of our price range. It would be helpful if communities could be more transparent about pricing before coming in for a tour. As of November 2025, the fee for the most basic 306 sq ft studio was $5195/month, community fee is $7000, med fees vary but we were quoted $690-$920 (it's $23 per point), they didn't give me a quote for care... read more
I worked here as a caregiver for a few months. In my 6 years in this profession, I have never seen a facility so poorly run. I am genuinely concerned for the safety of all staff and residents. The care supervisor was more focused on micromanaging staff than anything else. It is a truly awful place for staff. I would give 0 stars if I could.
The whole staff is friendly, helpful and very flexible in their approach to residents.
Relieved to find this well-run community for our mom's care. Everyone is competent, responsive, and caring in every department. Quite a welcome change from our last experience where the building was beautiful but the care very substandard. It's all about the people who take care if your loved one.
