My aunt has been a resident of Sunrise Senior Care Plainview, NY for almost 2 years. The Sunday that we initially toured the property the main room was alive with music and activity. We put my dad here becack in Aug 2014 . He stayed here for 2 months. They over charged us with medication, personal aids. We took my dad back home they end of October. I have overpaid them and now it is December 18,2014 and they still are giving me a run around about sending me my refund of $491.00.. Really
