Moving our mother to Sunrise of Roseville was the worst decision we made in her care. The staff of Sunrise are in violation of many of the Residents Bill of Rights in MN. They do not return phone calls, text messages or emails. They refuse to provide written care plans and reports. They refused to specify what services were included at each care level (said ordinary people are not smart enough to understand it).
