The caregivers, nurses at Sunrise are very reliable and knows what they’re doing. They are very professional especially when caring for your loved ones.
My family recently toured this community for my grandfather and we were truly impressed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, and the environment felt warm and inviting. Although my grandfather isn’t ready to move in yet, this facility is definitely at the top of our list for the future. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place for their loved ones.
I hesitated to complete this survey, hoping Sunrise would improve the situation—but it has not. I am writing on behalf of a family member, whose experience at your Memory Care facility has been deeply disappointing. Despite assurances of Sunrise’s expertise in Memory Care, our experience has proven otherwise. There are billing issues, lack of communication, and seemingly lack of proper training of it's caregivers.
Tisset did a great jpb showing us around and answering our questiona. How ever the place didn't "click" with me. No particluar thing.
Sunrise is the premier location for senior living. The staff and facility are top notch. Amazing food and facilities. Highly recommend.
