The overnight staff have no consideration or respect for the residents that reside here. I have come to sit with a home health client for over a month now. The staff scream, yell, bang around, and carry on like they are having a party every time I have been up here. It is after 1 a.m., and with the television on and door closed...I can hear them talking loudly and laughing so loud you would think they really are partying. This type of behavior is unacceptable.
