My mom lives here and the staff and community is so wonderful! They communicate very well and accommodate my mom’s needs. Can’t thank them enough!
I toured recently with my father and we were impressed with the facilities and staff, from what we saw. In addition to ensuring us they work with Medi-Cal waiver programs, the sales team offered us a great move-in rate and discounts, and even followed up with us twice to encourage us to sign. However, when we expressed our desire to move dad in about a week later, they said “corporate” would not be allowing any additional Medi-Cal recipients at the community. I had a wonderful experience with this Sunrise of Carmichael Senior living community. The Executive Director was amazing, and the nurse and entire staff were very personable, caring, and attentive. They made everyone feel welcomed and supported. You can truly tell they care about their residents. Highly recommend! Huge thank you to Shirley for inviting us.
Beautiful community with a great family feel. The executive director Jessica and Sales Director Shirley are amazing and take the time to listen to all concerns. Jessica always goes above and beyond and it shows with such a great team she has.
Really impressed with Sunrise of Carmichael. Their specialized memory care programs, like the Terrace Club, are a total game-changer and give families so much peace of mind. The facility is clean, warm, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. It feels like a genuine community rather than just a care center. Definitely worth a look if you’re in the area.
