I toured recently with my father and we were impressed with the facilities and staff, from what we saw. In addition to ensuring us they work with Medi-Cal waiver programs, the sales team offered us a great move-in rate and discounts, and even followed up with us twice to encourage us to sign. However, when we expressed our desire to move dad in about a week later, they said “corporate” would not be allowing any additional Medi-Cal recipients at the community.
