Had a great thorough warm friendly tour last week. Staff and residents are happy. They were willing to work w a couple with very different care needs.
I've signed up for service for 2 caregivers because of my weight and my right side is paralyzed. Now I'm not getting the service I signed up for. I've complained and was told that I may not get that. I was told that the caregiver tasks have changed. I will not get that. Since I'm not getting the service I signed up for. Therefore I should be entitled to some refund. I was told that I will not get that.
My mom is receiving wonderful care. The team is caring and attentive. We like to joke she’s a real life Benjamin Button! She really seems to be aging in reverse!
