Beautiful facility! Very caring, invested and loyal staff!! They are willing to work with our needs and desires. They truly get to know and care about their residents. They also remember those residents years after. Very impressive! Thank you so much Sunrise of Bellevue for all you do!!
Had a great thorough warm friendly tour last week. Staff and residents are happy. They were willing to work w a couple with very different care needs.
I've signed up for service for 2 caregivers because of my weight and my right side is paralyzed. Now I'm not getting the service I signed up for. I've complained and was told that I may not get that. I was told that the caregiver tasks have changed. I will not get that. Since I'm not getting the service I signed up for. Therefore I should be entitled to some refund. I was told that I will not get that.
