Dr. Prakashkumar Patel' is a great and awesome neurologist even though I've been seeing him for a few months he is very understanding and he cares can't ask for better
I'm giving one star because it's not possible to give less. First, the doctor didn't want to see me because I'm not completely fluent in English, even though my son said he would accompany me and he speaks fluent English. After practically begging, the secretary said he would see me. But when I arrived for the appointment, he didn't see me because my last name is too long and didn't fit in their system. Apparently insurance compliance is a common issue with this office. The physician handles insurance claims himself.. he applied my Insurance using the wrong Tax Id #, thus billing as Out Of Network. Over charging me $145. I contacted my Insurance company about the claim. The representative reached out to Dr. Patrl and attempted to educate him on the proper way, the female representative claimed the physician was extremely rude to her. I’ve been trying to call this office for a week and they never pick up. I will make sure to never refer a patient here unless it is the last choice in the county. What medical facility does that. Probably the ones that act like Ins CEOs
