The customer service was amazing and they also didn’t have a long wait time I got sat down as soon as I came in. They took their time and this is the very first time since being in Memphis that I found the place that I am comfortable with, and my nails look wonderful

I LOVE this place! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. We made an appointment for full sets & dip nails. They got us seated as soon as we came inside & offered us each a beverage of choice. I showed an inspiration picture to the sweet lady that did my nails & she absolutely nailed it. The shape, length, & color are exactly how I wanted them to be. Anytime I’m in town, I will be coming back! 10/10 experience, people, & service!!

My Family, the love that is provided from Victoria and Tom are beyond words. The services provided is very professional. I always leave happy. They give you an upscale service as if it’s you and them. It’s a one shop stop for, nails, feet, lashes, and eye brow arches. The best in Memphis/Bartlett Tn area.

I love me some Tom & V …. They have been my nail techs since I was 28 I am now 39 …. And I do not plan on changing up anytime soon. They always make you feel like family. Come see them soon! You will be glad you did

Horrible experience! The nail tech used a nail filer on my physical hand and left a mark, nipped my nail, left glue on my hands. I inquired to get a paraffin wax with my service and the nail tech stated that I didn’t ask after inquired about the service three times before my services started, and the manager still charged me full price amount with tax after I told her about my experience. I will not be coming back and the cleanliness is VERY low. The only upside is prices can be reasonable but I’d rather pay for better exp... read more
