Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. When I made my appointment, I was asked twice whether I needed a refill or a new set. Both times, I specifically said that I wanted a builder gel set. Despite clearly communicating this, the nail technician initially proceeded as if I was getting a fill. Good work by friendly people
I don’t typically leave reviews but I write this as I’m still sitting in my chair! I was having a bad day and decided to do some self-care - I didn’t feel like driving far to my regular place so I called and was able to come in same day for a luxury pedicure and ZEN builder gel manicure. They checked in with me each step of the way to ensure I liked the shape and color. Tina was so meticulous and detailed with my pedicure. Safe to say I will be back in a couple weeks. Came in for the first time today. I needed some serious work since I have painful ingrown toenails and I wanted a fresh gel x set but sunrise was ready for me! They treated me kindly and did a great job. Will be back!
