A great pedicure
I am extremely disappointed with my experience recently. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this visit fell far short. From the moment I sat down, Andy’s demeanor was unwelcoming. His body language and attitude made it clear that I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I'm not experienced with getting a manicure, but I just dropped by without an appointment asking advice for getting my nails done and how to do them myself. They offered to just do it for me, so I agreed. I wish I remembered the lady's name, but she took good care of my hands and nails and I could even pick out the polish I wanted! My nails were rough from work, but no judgment from them and they made them look great and I felt welcomed despite being ignorant of the manicure process. Will return and recommend to others!
I really hate to do this, but my experience was too bad to not share. I went in for a manicure and the manicurist kept putting on layer after layer without letting each layer dry. I sat at the dryer for 15 minutes. I left. I drove home. A good 35 minutes after he completed my nails they were still goopy. I literally could run a fingernail down one and everything just scraped right off. Also, after removing all this goopy, wet nail polish, I see that he didn’t even do my cuticles. He did nothing.
