Had a Great experience at Sunrise Motors. Jim Adams was very helpful and honest when it came to buying our truck. I highly recommend Sunrise Motors. they have very nice vehicles, great deals, and awesome customer service!
Recently I bought my fourth vehicle in 6 years from Sunrise Motors it was easy as ever. The service was outstanding and after picking out the truck I wanted and test driving it they had me financed with a lower rate than my own bank approved me for and I was in and out in less than an hour. I have shopped at other lots but keep going back to Sunrise Motors because thier inventory and service is the best. Thanks agains to Sunrise Motors, I love my new truck.
I have 3 main complaints about Sunrise Motors in Yuba City. The first being that they spent an hour appraising my car only to offer me $200 trade in on it. Rhonda told me that is all that they can get for "scrap." The car runs fine it just doesn't look pretty. The paint is oxidizing and the dash is warped from the sun but that's not uncommon for this area. For her to call it scrap when it has gotten me around with no problems is rude. Could Not Be Happier!!! – I recently purchased a vehicle for Sunrise Motors and couldnt be happier! All of the employees were extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with! Worst after the sale customer service ever! – I purchased a 2004 Dodge diesel from sunrise motors and during the negotiation with Rich I was told I would be able to switch out the new wheels they had put on the truck since I did not like them. I was told that if the wheels I wanted cost more than what they paid for the wheels currently on the truck I would have to pay the difference, to which I agreed.
